There is no 64 bit edition for FreeOffice for Windows, that's available only for commercial SoftMaker Office.

To delete the selected range, you can simply press the Delete key.

Hotkey assignment feature is not available in FreeOffice as the customization is commercial edition feature only.

This setting is not in FlexiPDF, but you can customize it under window's mouse settings.
