FR: move, duplicate and delete topics

Please, implement the ability to drag and drop to move topics, chapters, subchapters, duplicate them and delete them for better manuscript management.

I have a Softmaker Office 2021 standard license, currently looking for upgrade to 2024 permanent license.

Buying the update right now, will I receive the 2025 version?
