When I click on the the Cell Styles dropdown I do not see "Manage cell style"

I'm using the free version BTW, in case that matters.

"Cut" changes default font

New to using PlanMaker.

I searched and saw how to change the default font in the Normal.pmvx file, and have done that. My default font is Calibri 12, but if I CUT a cell, it changes to Arial 10. Delete doesn't change the font, only cut.
