download issues

trying to download office for windows, I received the product key however the download fail to start, what do I do

Our fileservers and the files on our server are working properly. We proofed that many times and currently no other customers are complaining about download problems.

Please make sure that no firewall or anti virus program is blocking the download and installation process and use antoher web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) to download the software. In most cases you will find the downloaded file in the download folder of your operating system.
