mode plan : change order of the chapters

for Linux... how to change the order of the chapters quickly in the plan mode.

for example, I have at the beginning:

chapter A
........ textA.........
chapter B
....... textB......

I want to get:

chapter B
........ textB.........
chapter A
....... textA.....

Select the text of chapter A and cut it (CTRL+X). Make sure to delete the chapter break. Insert a new chapter break after Chapter B and insert the content of Chapter A.
