Presentation slide disappears in notes

When I click on View > Notes. My slides become invisible. How to solve that?

OK, I was able to reproduce the issue both in Presentations 2018 and PowerPoint 2019. There must be some issue with the file. Anyway I'm going to report it to the developers to see if they have some insight.

Hi, the developers replied that you can enable the visibility of the slides by going to View→Notes Master. Select the placeholder that you want to fix. Change format border line of such placeholder, e.g, color, thickness, style...
