Can't update

When I try to update to service pack 972 I get a pop up window that says: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

any idea how I can get this to update?

Hi, I'd suggest you close TextMaker, PlanMaker, and Presentations when that message appears.

If it doesn't work:
1. uninstall SoftMaker Office (or Free Office)
2. download the latest version from our website
3. install it again
