Softmaker Office 2018 Teacher's License too many uses

I have Softmaker Office 2018 Teacher's License. I use it on 2 machines. Now i want to use on a new machine. I see an error that "This product key has been used on too many devices".

Only thing that may cause this problem is however i use software on 2 devices i have an system image and i restore it every 15 days.

How to solve this problem?

EDIT:
I bought a new desktop computer. Problem arised on this computer.
I am not using old second computer because it was belong to school. Is there a way to remove computers i will not use anymore to remove from my account?
