Spacing of Fonts

At work I have to use that other Office Suite which uses pts for kerning settings. In TextMaker this is in % (Font Spacing) - is there a chart for comparing various pts to TextMaker's %? I am currently having to modify text for a user who needs 0,5pt font (Character) spacing. Thanks.

I've managed to sort this. Well for 0.5 pt spacing. I asked work Colleague to send me a Word.docx with the spacing required with just 'The quick brown fox', saved as a .dotx in LibreOffice changed font size and margins and paragraph spacing before doing so, opened the template in Text Maker and voila! 102%
