Is it possible to center text on a page vertically?

Is it possible to center text on a page vertically? It would be handy if that feature is available.

Either insert a full-page text frame and center the text in it vertically (it's in the frame properties), or open the Chapter dialog box and set the vertical alignment. The latter will affect the whole chapter.
