Doc that TM2021 can't open

Please see the private document attached to that email.
I have had to open it with TM2018, because TM2021 seems unable to open it.

I'm sorry but I haven't had time to investigate it further. it might be something very simple that I am doing wrong.
I don't need a fix, because I have managed to open it, as explained above. I thought you'd want a report on this, though,

Would you mind giving us an indication of how soon will that be? As is understandable with any new software, there are naturally many small problems that keep occurring, and I am looking forward very much to the next bugfix update.

We all are waiting for the next service pack and our development team working hard to release it soon. But we can't promise any specific date here. We are expecting it approximately next week.

Our development team fixed this problem. This correction will be included in the next Service Pack of SoftMaker Office 2021.

Contrary to what you are hearing from your developers, they seem not to have fixed this.
Please see the email with attached .DOC file that TM2021 64bit rev S1018.0818 is unable to open.

It is a valid .DOC file, produced and saved with M$Word.
There's nothing wrong with it.
TM2018 opens it easily.
OnlyOffice opens it.

Only TM2021 can't open it.

It seems this is the same error with different technical issues so I forwarded the details to our development team for further investigation of this problem.

Document not opening and TextMaker not opening both are different problems.

I advise, please create a new topic for this different problem with complete details e.g. Operating system, error which you are getting etc for better understanding of the problem.
