Format painter does not work all the time

There is two cases when the Format Painter does not work:
1 - When the document is a big (e. g. 200 pages) one and you want to use the tool on the beginning of the document, it is working once on two tries.
2- I set this tool in a Custom Ribbon and it's not working at all.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Our developers team have already resolved it and the solution will be available in the next service pack of SoftMaker Office 2021.
