Product key connection error

Hello,

I am trying to use my freeoffice software and its requiring I get a product key. When I enter my email, it just says there is an error connecting to the server and to check my internet connection.

My internet connection is fine. I dropped all firewalls temporarily to try to see if they were blocking it, still nothing. Any help is appreciated.

The same problem in softmaker free office 2018!

That server-side problem has been resolved.

Please check if you are using any proxy settings, your firewall/antivirus is blocking internet connection of FreeOffice with our server or your computer has any virus which is blocking.
