Inserting day before

Post by Princy557 »

Hi,
Whilst I remember I had wondered if as with Ctrl-> gives today's date.
How about Ctrl-< for the previous day's date?
I thought it might have been a popular idea for anyone using date entries when catching up on yesterdays accounts ha ha

You can use both Ctrl+< and Ctrl+> for today. :)

When I just tested it, Ctrl+> entered today's day and date, but Ctrl+< didn't enter anything.

But even if it worked as you describe, it would not answer the question, which was for a keyboard shortcut to enter yesterday's date.

Thanks for the reply
Ditto.
So there's a nice key to use for the day before.
It would be quite handy.
I'm not sure if anyone agrees with me on that one.
Ideally there would have been a cluster of keys, yesterday, today and tomorrow+
