apostrophe (SOLVED)

Hello,

When I type an apostrophe in Textmaker it starts at the underline and I would like it to start it upwards. Can I change this?

F.E.: "apostrophe" This is the right way but textmaker puts the first underwards

I do not understand the problem.

Are you talking about apostrophes or about quotation marks? If your problem is that quotation marks are looking like „this“, go to Tools > Options, Tab “General”, click “Auto correction...” and set “Smart quotes” to your language, “Auto” or “None”.
