Is there any chance to have this font available in Softmaker on Mac:

Fonts are installed system-wide; our programs automatically detect the fonts available on your OS and display them in the font menus.

Segoe UI Symbol is a Microsoft font. Since it is native to Windows, it is not included by default on macOS. To use it on a Mac, you must manually download the font files from the internet and install them.

I found the font here:

It can be installed like all other fonts on the mac.
