Are there any plans to implement full support for all ODF 1.4 formats in SoftMaker Office (.odt 1.4 for TextMaker, .ods 1.4 for PlanMaker, and .odp 1.4 for Presentations)?
I believe this is a necessary step forward, especially given the ongoing discussions about European digital sovereignty and the fact that ODF formats are the official standards for both the EU and NATO. The ability to open, edit, and save documents in ODF formats would be highly beneficial for SoftMaker Office.
If these formats are not fully implemented, there is a significant risk that this excellent office suite could lose its competitive edge against LibreOffice and Collabora Office in the EU for purely formal reasons. While the ability to replace MS Office is important, being adoptable by EU and NATO institutions has also become vital in today's geopolitical landscape.

I agree. I have been pushing for this for a few years now. So far, no luck. Good thing someone else is also asking for that.
