I've bought a copy of Softmaker Office 2024 but can't find the e-mails

Hi there. I recently purchased a copy of Softmaker Office 2024 Pro when it was available for a reduced price, but I an unable to find the activation e-mail which enables me to register the trial copy I was using before.

Is it possible for me to be sent a new registration number please? I am happy to e-mail you with my customer number, which I have retained from earlier purchases of Office.
