Error: Textmaker NX - unable to find a valid IU reinstall

Hi

I rarely use TextMaker and suddenly got this message above. I only got a download page for a paid version. Can anyone help, please?

This can happen when you replace files in the program folder without being admin because Windows then places them in the virtual store.

Uninstall SoftMaker Office. Be sure to completely delete c:\Program Files\SoftMaker Office NX. Install SoftMaker Office again.

It is late, but I looked for Softmaker Office in program files and it is not there is a standalone with Windows 11. I was able to open textmaker without
any error message. I will look tomorrow.

I don't know where the programme files are, but icons sitting on the page where I close. Strange.

I found the program c:\Program Files\SoftMaker Office NX. I am about to uninstall it. I don't understand what happens next.
I previously looked at the downloads, and I only saw a paid version. As you would know, mine came with Windows 11.

As you mentioned, you found this folder. Please delete it as well after uninstallation.

Then, restart your computer. After restarting, please download the latest version of SoftMaker Office NX from our website here and install it again.

Sorry, I have been unwell. I started again and still got the same message. There is a program file in Live in Lenovo. I put it in desktop. I haven't used programs in Lenovo. I can only see apps and shortcuts on start (box next to start). I activated my download in desktop amd ticked the administrator while I was there.
But I don't know where to put the file.
