Problem Printing New Documents

I cannot print newly created documents (or save as PDF). Old documents print without problem.
The message in both cases reads:
Postscript/PDF creation failed. Error 58.

Is there a way to cure this? I have tried reinstalling and have the latest update installed. I have tried changing fonts, no effect.

Please send the TextMaker document which you are unable to print/PDF, so that we can reproduce the issue at our end.

I just did that. The files I sent will not print, generates the error message I reported.
Here it is again.

I was able to print the file without any issue on my end.

Please close the SoftMaker applications, then go to your Documents folder and rename the "SoftMaker" folder. After that, try printing again.

I tried that but no change. Renamed a couple of times.
PDF Expert is version 3,11,2. in case that matters, Mac running Ventura 13,7,8.

You can open that exported PDF file in Google Chrome, Safari or any other web browser you are using.

I don't have any problems opening documents. The problem is printing. Newly created documents will not print. so I do not understand the reply.
