Service Pack Update Fails to Download and Install

Dear Softmaker,

Got an update notice that a new service pack was available. Went to download and install it through the "Check for Updates" menu, and it said the update was not available. It said run the Repair installer, so I did and restarted. No change. Screenshots added. This was on Windows 10. I tried my Windows 11 computer and the same issue. Except it did not say run the Repair Tool, just that all files were up to date.

Please download FreeOffice again from our website and install it over your current installation. This will update your FreeOffice and should resolve the problem.

Worked on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Much faster process on Windows 11 (But Windows 10 works better for me in all other ways.) Wondering why I would have to reinstall over the previous install? I have used Softmaker Free Office for about six years and the updates were always automatic. Always used the default installation when needed.
