Concerns about data and other info collection

We Linux folks are a paranoid bunch in general
I posted about the Freemaker version on a Linux forum and there were some concerns about your product:

Particular concerns involved what info Softmaker collects on users and Softmaker's Privacy Policy. Is there a link to that info in English that could assuage their fears?
