Object properties lost when SAVEd and reOPENed

WHen I arrange objects on the screen, with shadows, and font settings, then save and re-open, the settings are lost.
See example attached.

Thanks for reporting this problem and for sharing the files. Please share steps to reproduce the problem like what all changes we have to do stepwise and where so that we can do further investigation for resolution.

It's a bit tedious I'm afraid but what you need to do is this:

1) Go to page 2 with the diagram.

2) Ungroup all images and text boxes

3) REPEAT 5 times, once for each of the blue text boxes, A, B, C, D, E:
Select the blue text.
Press Ctrl-A
Set font size to 10 point
Format -> Drop caps -> 3rd pattern, size 16
Click the cursor just after the initial label letter (A or B or C etc)
Press [Delete] once
Format paragraph -> Line spacing -> 0.9

4) REPEAT 3 times, once for each of the three large sub-panel outlines:
Select the outline by left-clicking one of the edges
Right-click -> Picture properties -> Shadow -> Variants -> Double shadows -> First one, Blur 33 pt

5) Graphic-select the entire page -> group

6) SAVE

7) Close file

Re-open the same document, look at page 3.
Everything you have just done will have been lost.

Thanks for sharing the files and details. I was able to save changes done in Step 4 and reported the issue to our development team for further investigation of this issue.
