Master page view enhancement

Here is a REALLY EASY enhancement for your developers to add to Master Page view.
It would also be a VERY USEFUL enhancement for users.

What's not to like? EASY for you, and REALLY GOOD for us!

In Master Page view, have TextMaker show us, not one but TWO pages.
Do this even if we haven't even added a next-page yet.
AND show a button somewhere to allow us to toggle different first page on/off in Master Page view with just one click.

OR BETTER STILL: show only the first page, but give us the button.
Then if we click it to select different first page, throw the master second page on the screen as well.

This will enable us to set up headers, footers, page numbering, page backgrounds, same-or-different first pages, for the whole chapter, all on one screen and all at the same time, without having to fiddle about with menus and next pages and then come back to the first page and all that palaver!

This enhancement would be very, very much in the spirit of TextMaker, as a USER-intended wordprocessor, not a Programmer-controlled one like M$Word.
