How does the 5 computer licence work?
On several of my computers I have multiple systems I boot from.
For instance on one computer I have Slackware 14.2 and also Slackware 15.0. One is on my primary SSD drive and the other on my secondary SSD.
I installed Softmaker on both does. Does that count as one or two license uses? Or does it just look at CPU ID or something like that?
Or could I share the /home/user directory and then it would only count as one?
Also I'm about to replace the SSD drive on another computer so I'll have to reinstall everything. After doing a reinstall will that then count as another install?
License Keys
Re: License Keys
For different computer hardware, multiple licenses will be consumed but for reinstallation, it will be same license.
Re: License Keys
I am still not clear on this.
For Example:
Only 1 Computer - that has two SSDs drives. This computer has slackware 14.2 installed on one SSD. The other SSD has slackware 15.0.
I have a Multiple Boot setup on the One computer.
Sometimes I boot to slackware 14.2.
Sometimes I boot to slackware 15.0.
Both have softmaker installed.
Does that count as two or one license installs?

Re: License Keys
As these are different operating systems running, multiple licenses will be counted, i.e., two in this example.
