Softmaker Office inoperable with latest Win10 update

I have just installed the latest Windows 10 update that appeared today. I am running the 64 bit version of Windows. Now I find that Softmaker Office will not run. Existing documents in Planmaker and Textmaker will not open... they just hang trying to load. Is this something deliberate on Microsoft's part? How to overcome the problem?

I've reinstalled SoftMaker in order to restore it. No response from Support.

Thanks for reporting this problem. After reinstallation of SoftMaker Office, are you able to open your files?
