Scalable user interface (icons and labels in ribbon) ???

I upgraded to FlexiPDF 2025 and find that the icons and labels in the ribbon are just way too small for me.
I work on an 15.6" laptop with the display set at 225% at a resolution of 3840 x 2160, which is perfect for me for most other applications - but not for FlexiPDF 2025. I could not find any user interface settings like there is in the other SoftMaker Office products (like TextMaker), that I also use:

Am I missing something or is this not possible? I'm pretty surprised this option does not seem to be there, while it's a standard feature now with their other products and this is the latest FlexiPDF version.

You can try touch mode of FlexiPDF as shown in the below screenshot.
