Question RE: planmaker

I made a list in planmaker that has 2 columns and i have filled up the cells to the point that if i point it our the last few cells are not printed because it;s too large for the paper. And i don't want it to print the rest an a second paper, i want it all to fit. So what i want to do is shrink the entire things just enough s it fits on one letter sized page. I see i can make the text smaller then make the cells smaller. That should do the trick, but then when i look at print preview it's still showing it's cut off at the same place. Is there another way to do this?
