Can't get support to respond

Does Softmaker ever respond to support requests? I've been trying for three days to get help with zero response.

When I went to run Textmaker on my phone, I got a message saying the software was installed on too many devices and asking for a new key. Everything was working fine and I haven't installed the software on any new devices. I'm on the road and totally stuck. I can't run Textmaker, and can't get anyone from Softmaker to respond. Is there anything I can do?

In the meantime, you can continue using the features of SoftMaker Office for Android/iOS, which do not require activation.
