Is it possible to use Free Office on a computer without an Internet connection? Connection is impossible even during serial number registration.

You need an internet connection to request and enter a key.

The only option is a portable installation. Install and activate SoftMaker FreeOffice on a PC with an internet connection. Then, perform a portable installation following the instructions at the bottom of this page: https://www.freeoffice.com/en/support/i ... on/windows

Next, connect the USB stick to the offline PC and use the portable version.
